I’m Laura, I’m an NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) qualified personal trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. I have a Sport and Exercise Science degree from Loughborough University and I’m also a mum.
I specialise in female fatloss and weight training for women.
My background is in strength and conditioning for sports as I have played sport most of my life, but my focus has changed since having a baby.
I have been on a weightloss journey myself trying to lose weight but also gain strength and adjust to life as a mum, so I know the struggles and challenges that most mums will face!
I plan Safe and personalised training to help you achieve your goals. I try to keep training and nutrition enjoyable and realistic to fit in with your life.
