I’ve been involved in the Fitness Industry from 16 years old working part-time at my aunties gym (THE MILL). My passion has always been to help people get fitter and healthier leading to me becoming a Personal Trainer. Over the last 7 years as a PT at a commercial gym I have followed 3 key principles that I feel have contributed to my success and now opening Legacy Training:
1) Practice What You Preach
I have always loved training and am very passionate about taking my body to the next level. This year I spent 2 months preparing for a fitness photo-shoot, taking my body fat to its lowest level and getting myself in the best shape of my life, I aim to better that next year. I ask a whole lot from my clients in changing their lifestyles and taking their training to new limits but this is nothing I wouldn’t expect of myself!
2) The More you Learn the More you Earn
Throughout my career as a PT I’ve always strived to continually get better at what I do, continually investing in my own education through extra qualifications, seminars and Internships. I’m a PICP Level 2 coach (Poliquin Strength Conditioning Specialist), Level 1 Biosignature Practioner and have completed 3 of the Mentorship programmes at Body Development over the last year, to name a few!
3) My Results are my Business Card
From a young age playing various different sports (Football, Tennis, Cricket, Rugby etc..) to a good standard has made me a very competitive person, always wanting to be the best at everything. This has made a massive impact on how I am as a PT, always wanting to get the best results for my clients. Combining my qualifications, professional development, experience and passion for what I do has allowed me to get some fantastic results with people from all walks of life.
